There are a few reasons why this could be happening and the system should indicate why,
Here are a few common reasons:

  1. Wrong retailer – please ensure that the receipt uploaded is from the same retailer you have chosen as your retailer wallet.
  2. UPC Invalid – Manufacturers provide us with a list of acceptable UPC’s. If your UPC on your receipt does not match what we have been provided, you will see the UPC Invalid message. Please send us your UPC and we will see if it can be added.
  3. Already Claimed – you have already claimed this offer to the maximum number of times allowed.
